We Take Care of Your Paperwork
Whether online or by mail, we can submit your invoices directly to your insurance provider, making the process easier for you. Just remember to bring all your necessary insurance details when you visit us.
Please note that some insurance companies may not accept online submissions for certain services, so we recommend checking with your provider in advance.
Employer Extended Health Plans / Benefits
Most services at The Art of Life Health Center are covered under extended health care plans. If you have a dental plan, there’s a good chance your benefits also include many of the treatments and products we offer.
To make the most of your coverage:
-
Contact your insurance provider to confirm your yearly coverage limits and renewal dates.
-
Alternatively, if you give us permission, we’d be happy to contact them on your behalf for a coverage check.
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Insurance Coverage | Direct Billing
Most auto insurance companies require that your extended health benefits be used first before your MVA claim can be fully processed. This step allows for the issuance of an exhaustion letter, which confirms that your extended benefits have been used up. Any remaining balance for your treatment will then be billed through your auto insurance plan.
At your first visit, you may be asked to provide details about your extended health coverage.
If you do not have extended health benefits, your treatment can be billed directly through your auto insurance company.
How the Process Works
-
Our physiotherapist will complete your assessment and prepare the required documentation.
-
These documents will then be submitted online for insurer approval.
-
All communication with your insurance company and adjusters can be handled by our office, so you don’t have to worry about the back-and-forth.
