Not-for-profit "The Art of Life Community Health Center"
offers the following programs
for children and adults


  School of Healthy Living

- The wellbeing program, where we hold an open house, and educational lectures to help people see the light in managing their health concerns.
- To those that attend our open house, they receive a vast amount of knowledge and are able to speak with our specialists, and other volunteers. This gives our staff, a great opportunity to get to know our community. `


    Mindfulness Workshop

A meditative group practice for attaining inner focus and concentration, along with all the health benefits of deep relaxation of the mind and body.
Mindfulness programs available:
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course (MBSR).
- Mindfulness Meditation course for teens "Managing Hyperactivity Naturally".
- Mindfulness Meditation course for parents
   "Parenting could be challenging".

    Healing Through Music

Unique healing and developmental program based on the best of classical music allowing children to re-connect with their inner self to reveal their natural creative abilities.
- Fridays at 6:00 pm & 7:00 pm



    Meditative Art Classes

The Meditative Art is the process of exploring personal creative potential. It is a way out of "I cannot" towards trusting yourself.





    Family Counseling Courses
"Developing Healthier Relationships with your Children"
"Unconditional Love in your Family"
- Hands-on psychological workshops for parents to obtain tools that will help to develop dynamic and positive shifts within the family and nurture children's inner potential
- Role reversal and many more fun exercises to help families build a stronger bond.
- At certain stages during the therapy Stephen may sometimes visit his clients at their home to get a closer look at their family life. This enables him to help counsel and mendthe families closer to each other.
